01 Dry double stage air end

Process and Principle
There is a pair of precision-machined male and female rotors in the compressor housing (the male and female rotors do not touch);
The motor drives the male rotor through the transmission device, and then the female rotor synchronous gear is driven by the synchronous gear at the other end of the male rotor, so that the female rotor rotates, so that the air entering the compression chamber is compressed between the tooth slots, and the compressed air is also driven by one end at the same time. to the other end.
The gears and bearings of the compressor are lubricated with special lubricating oil. The oil seal in the main engine prevents the lubricating oil in the bearing cavity from entering the compression cavity, ensuring that the output air is absolutely oil-free, while the air seal prevents the air in the compression cavity from leaking to the outside.
