01 Dry double stage air end

The air compression chamber is separated from the oil chamber. The air side adopts a wear-free sealing system with stainless steel spring-loaded metal ring, and the lubricating oil side adopts a wear-free sealing system with a copper labyrinth seal, and the two do not contact;

The secondary rotor is made of stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance;

The rotor of the air end and the inner wall of the compression chamber are coated with a strong super coating to prevent corrosion and coating peeling, so that the air end has a longer life;

The first-stage casing of the air end is directly cooled by air, and the casing of the second-stage air end is cooled by filtered lubricating oil to avoid the generation of scale and ensure reliable operation.

Process and Principle

There is a pair of precision-machined male and female rotors in the compressor housing (the male and female rotors do not touch);

The motor drives the male rotor through the transmission device, and then the female rotor synchronous gear is driven by the synchronous gear at the other end of the male rotor, so that the female rotor rotates, so that the air entering the compression chamber is compressed between the tooth slots, and the compressed air is also driven by one end at the same time. to the other end.

The gears and bearings of the compressor are lubricated with special lubricating oil. The oil seal in the main engine prevents the lubricating oil in the bearing cavity from entering the compression cavity, ensuring that the output air is absolutely oil-free, while the air seal prevents the air in the compression cavity from leaking to the outside.
